What they do: A family-run business focused on nutrition, selling healthy products and supplements through an e-shop, and creating personalized meal plans—built on the personal brand of nutrition therapist Lada Nosková.

The Challenge

DietPlan.cz thrived on Lada’s influence but relied too much on her brand and word-of-mouth. Sales stagnated, retention lagged, and growth lacked structure. To scale, they needed more than buzz—they needed a sustainable sales system.
