What They Do: A private international preschool and school based in Prague, offering bilingual education with a focus on modern teaching methods and individual child development.

The Challenge

Prague International Academy was struggling with a low inflow of students, which put pressure on their long-term sustainability. Despite offering quality education, their visibility was low, and parents often struggled to discover them.

Additionally, pricing strategy and marketing efforts weren’t aligned with the target audience’s needs.

Our Approach

We knew a simple ad campaign wouldn’t solve it. This was about building sustainable visibility and creating a system that consistently attracts the right families.
We took a step back and analyzed the market, their positioning, and competitors.

SEO & Backlinks: Implemented a local SEO strategy and secured backlinks + free listings on key platforms parents use to search for schools in the Czech Republic.

Pricing Strategy: Developed a more attractive pricing structure, aligned with the school’s value proposition and market demand.
